How Do we deliver INTUNE packages ?

Delivered applications are ready for your deployment systems, either INTUNE or ConfigMgr. We provide you with a web platform where you can request applications and keep track of our performance and SLA’s at any time during the service.

NEW & DETAILS

Please input pertinent details for app requests, including application license and contact information, as well as installation and configuration steps, along with original files.

BUILD

We create the app according to the instructions you upload. We use the best practices and rules in the industry. Then, we test the app to make sure it works well. Finally, we write down how we built the app and give it to you.

IMPORT

Download the app we sent you, then add it to your INTUNE or ConfigMgr system. You can do this using the IMP tool from the portal or by doing it manually.

TEST

Assign someone to test the app. Make sure it’s deployed correctly by checking the Company Portal. Then, test the app on a test or production device to make sure it works well before giving final approval.

PUBLISH

Finish the process by publishing the app to the production environment. Assign the appropriate users or devices to groups to ensure they have access to it.
